GME Scholarly Activity & Research Manager

Bayhealth Medical Center in Kent Campus seeks an Education and Research Specialist to educate on scholarly activity across all Graduate Medical Education Programs, guiding investigators and residents through study design, IRB submissions, and data collection.

You will collaborate with IRB, statisticians, and departments to ensure regulatory compliance, manage REDCap projects, and support budgeting and reporting for research initiatives.
