GME Administrative Director - Operations & Strategy

Duke University Health System in Durham, NC, is seeking an Administrative Director for Graduate Medical Education to provide senior administrative and operational leadership across more than 160 residency and fellowship programs and about 1,200 physician trainees.

Reporting to the DIO, this role leads OGME, aligns budgets and policies with system priorities, and develops the administrative team for high-quality GME.
