Holy Toast is a fast-growing kosher fast-casual sandwich concept, and we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager / General Manager to lead our New York operation and grow with the company.

We are looking for a hands-on operator who knows how to run a busy fast-casual restaurant from top to bottom. This person should be able to build and lead a strong team, maintain food quality and consistency, control labor and food costs, and make sure the restaurant operates at a high level every day.

• Manage daily restaurant operations

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees

• Build and manage employee schedules

• Maintain high standards for food quality, speed, and consistency

• Ensure excellent customer service and order accuracy

• Manage inventory, ordering, food costs, and waste

• Monitor labor costs and employee productivity

• Maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards

• Improve operational systems and procedures

• Handle and solve day-to-day operational issues

• Monitor customer reviews and help improve guest satisfaction

• Work directly with ownership on growth and expansion

• Help prepare the company for additional NYC locations

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience

• Strong preference for experience in fast casual, QSR, deli, sandwich, or high-volume counter-service concepts

• Experience recruiting and building restaurant teams

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Understanding of food cost, labor cost, inventory, scheduling, and restaurant KPIs

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Hands-on management style

• Someone who takes ownership and solves problems without needing constant supervision

Experience with concepts such as Jersey Mike's, Panera, Pret, CAVA, sweetgreen, DIG, Joe & The Juice, Just Salad, or similar high-volume operations is a major plus.

This is more than just managing one restaurant. Holy Toast is growing, and we are looking for someone who can take ownership of our NYC operation and potentially grow into a larger multi-unit operations role as we open additional locations.
