Project ManagerClient is seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, system implementation, and excellent communication skills. This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Manage system implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.Utilize MS Teams for effective communication, collaboration, and project tracking.Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports.Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Must-Have Skills:Proficiency in MS Teams for communication and collaboration.Strong project management experience, including planning, execution, and tracking.Hands-on experience with system implementation projects.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proven ability to work with a variety of stakeholders across different levels and functions.Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.Knowledge of MS Planner or other task management platforms.Experience in real estate project management and vendor/contact management.This is a high PRIORITY requisition.
