Data EngineerThe FI Data Solutions team is looking for a highly motivated Data Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the operational and analytical capability in FI's data platforms. The work involves solution design, data analysis, production rollout and production support activities using Java Spring Batch, Python, AWS, Oracle, and Snowflake.
The role will be involved in work to bring in new financial products into our data ecosystem that will provide value to our compensation, sales, and reporting users.The data engineers are responsible for implementing updates to the FSA database and associated data pipelines, focusing on improving data accuracy, automation, and operational efficiency. Their tasks include enhancing model portfolio data, automating sub-advised fund balance updates, and refining position closure logic to address phantom assets.The Expertise and Skills You BringBachelor's or Master's Degree in a technology related field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) required with 5+ years of working experience4+ years of Java development utilizing Spring frameworks.
