Legora is seeking a Senior Manager, Workforce Planning & Analytics to own the companywide workforce plan, forecast personnel costs, and govern the headcount budget within FP&A. You will translate hiring decisions into financial impact and provide leadership with clear views on investments and timing.
You will partner with People and Talent Acquisition to align hiring with the financial plan, build dashboards, and establish a trusted data view across HRIS and planning systems as Legora scales.
