Global VP, Regulatory Affairs & AI Policy

insitro seeks a Vice President of Regulatory Affairs to build and lead regulatory strategy across multiple modalities and therapeutic areas. Reporting to the CMO, you will shape global regulatory approaches, interact with FDA/EMA, and build the function from the ground up.

You will drive submissions, manage risk, and define the regulatory roadmap as insitro advances clinical programs in neuroscience, metabolism, and oncology. This is a founding leadership role with broad scope and impact.
