Global Vendor Strategy & Customer Ops Lead (Remote)

Affirm is a remote-first company redefining credit. We seek a Director, Vendor Strategy & Operations to lead global BPO and vendor operations, partnering across Product, Engineering, and Finance to optimize the customer experience and cost-to-serve.

You will own governance, performance, and strategic initiatives across a growing vendor network. You will manage Vendor Managers and In-Country Vendors, driving data-driven decisions, and shaping a culture that blends AI with human-centered
