Reporting to the Assistant Treasurer, this highly visible role will lead global cash operations, liquidity management, cash forecasting, banking relationships, foreign exchange risk management, and treasury transformation initiatives. You'll also serve as the functional business owner for Kyriba, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to optimize treasury operations worldwide.
What You’ll Do
Global Treasury & Liquidity Management
- Lead global cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning
- Manage cash structures, intercompany funding, lending, and cash pooling
- Partner with FP&A, Tax, Legal, AP, and Payroll to support forecasting and strategic cash decisions
- Optimize global banking structures and account governance
- Manage FX exposures, trade execution, settlements, and counterparty risk
- Support FX accounting, documentation, and compliance activities
Treasury Systems Leadership
- Serve as the business owner for Kyriba
- Define treasury requirements, workflows, controls, and priorities
- Partner with Treasury Systems and IT teams on enhancements, testing, and optimization
Investments, Debt & Banking Relationships
- Manage short-term investments and borrowing facilities
- Monitor liquidity, covenant compliance, and debt availability
- Lead relationships with banking partners and support letters of credit and bank guarantees
M&A, Governance & Compliance
- Lead treasury integration activities for acquisitions and divestitures
- Maintain a SOX-compliant control environment
- Support audits, banking RFPs, reporting, and treasury transformation initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or CTP preferred
- 7+ years of progressive treasury experience in a multinational organization
- Strong expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, forecasting, and treasury operations
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba preferred)
- Knowledge of intercompany funding, cash pooling, and global banking structures
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
