Managing the operations of the Global Transparency Program, the full-time remote Global Transparency Operations Manager will coordinate transparency support activities, drive cross-functional collaboration, and generate data analytics to ensure compliance with global transparency requirements. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Global Transparency team and coordinate annual updates to documentation and training resources Support the execution of the Global Transparency roadmap, identifying operational risks and enhancing program capabilities Analyze transparency reporting data to identify trends and compliance risks, providing actionable insights to the Global Transparency Lead Required Qualifications: Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience Strong understanding of global healthcare transparency requirements and reporting processes Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management skills Experience interpreting complex datasets and identifying actionable insights Continuous improvement mindset focused on operational excellence
