Global Trademark & Brand Enforcement Counsel

Allison Transmission seeks a Corporate Counsel – Global Trademarks and Brand Enforcement to support trademark strategy, registrations, licensing, and brand enforcement across global markets. You will lead outside counsel, advise business leaders, and align legal with commercial objectives.

The role requires experience in a marketing/brand context, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with senior leadership on complex intellectual property matters.
