Supporting the expanding scope of Global Pay & Time, the full-time Advisor, Global Timekeeping will manage and improve timekeeping processes for all regions outside the United States, ensuring compliance with international regulations and driving operational efficiency, with the option to work remotely and occasional onsite visits to Dublin, OH. Key responsibilities Act as a liaison between COEs, global payroll teams, HRIT, HRIS, and other stakeholders Participate in cross-functional initiatives affecting payroll and support production issues related to payroll and timekeeping Coordinate testing for projects, defects, and enhancements while providing training and guidance in the HR Service Center Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, preferred 4+ years' experience in payroll and timekeeping, preferred Experience with Workday timekeeping, strongly preferred Experience with payroll systems, such as ADP Celergo, preferred FPC Certification, preferred
