Fluidstack seeks a senior tax professional to own the ASC 740 income tax provision end to end for a multi-entity data-center company expanding across states and countries.

You will build and operate the tax provision process within the finance stack (NetSuite, Zip, Pigment), manage external advisors, and model tax implications of new sites and financings while partnering with FP&A to ensure accurate disclosures.
