Global Tax Operations Director

Solidigm seeks a Director, Tax Operations to lead domestic and international tax projects, transfer pricing, and tax planning for the organization, reporting to the Sr Tax Director. You’ll lead transfer pricing strategy and defense, drive tax structuring and diligence, and manage audit defense across federal, state, and foreign jurisdictions.

You’ll also drive tax modeling and planning initiatives, lead credits and incentives strategy, and partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Treasury.
