Global Tax Manager ASC 740 & Transfer Pricing

Fortna, based in Atlanta, is seeking an experienced Global Tax Manager to lead worldwide tax reporting, compliance, and governance. The role will oversee ASC 740 tax accounting, quarterly and annual reporting, and coordination with external auditors and tax providers.

Ideal candidates will have a CPA, extensive US GAAP/SEC experience, and 10+ years in multinational tax roles, including transfer pricing and tax provisioning, with a focus on robust internal controls.
