Global Tax Director: M&A, Transfer Pricing & SaaS

Trading Technologies International is seeking a Director of Tax to own the global tax function end to end, including provision, compliance, planning, and structure. This hands-on leadership role will be the in-house tax authority, guiding strategy and coordinating external advisors across multiple jurisdictions.

You will oversee ASC 740, global compliance, transfer pricing, and cross-border tax planning, with a focus on SaaS revenue, multi-entity structures, and an active M&A agenda.
