Global Talent Strategy Lead

Owning the operational backbone of the global Talent Strategy function, the full-time Global Talent Strategy Enablement Lead will manage end-to-end operations, budget oversight, and performance reporting across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Global Mobility while working primarily remotely. Key Responsibilities: Lead and standardize operations across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Global Mobility to ensure consistent execution Manage the global Talent Strategy team budget, including forecasting, tracking, and cost control Oversee data analytics and reporting, defining KPIs and delivering insights to inform strategy and performance Required Qualifications: BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, plus at least 12 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in leadership Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition Operations Strong knowledge of TA strategies, tools, systems, and operating models Proven ability to lead reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks Experience managing HR/talent technology partners and driving change management for process rollouts
