Global Talent Acquisition Process Leader

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Global TA Process Owner to act as the enterprise-wide authority on talent acquisition processes, from policy design through compliance and adoption.

You will own the end-to-end TA lifecycle, maintain the global process map, TOM, and standards across regions. Lead continuous improvement with Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma, govern process re-engineering, and build regional enablement.
