Collectors is seeking a Director of Supplier Relations & Performance Management to own the supplier base globally and drive value across the organization. You will define segmentation, execute scorecards, negotiate critical contracts, and partner with Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, and Quality.
You will report to the Director, Global Supply Chain and may be based in Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ with remote or hybrid options. Expect up to 30% travel and executive-level collaboration.
