Collectors is seeking a Supplier Relations & Performance Management Director to own the supplier base globally and drive optimal value across direct and indirect categories. You will lead high-value negotiations, develop scorecards, and partner with Legal, Finance, and Operations to standardize contracts and metrics.
You will report to the Director, Global Supply Chain and work from Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ with remote/hybrid options.
