This will be done by practicing inclusive sourcing and driving economic empowerment by providing equitable opportunities for diverse suppliers in the communities we serve throughout the globe.How you will contributeThis global sourcing and project manager role will lead key sourcing projects as it relates to our Economic Inclusion and Supplier Diversity (EISD) program as we look to accelerate our program in supporting our organization's goal of spending of $1BN with Women and Minorities.What you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:Project management experience preferred in project implementation.Heavy indirect procurement experience required (IT, Contingent Labor, Facilities Maintenance, Marketing & Sales etc.)Direct procurement experience preferred.Supplier diversity experience preferred.Organizational agility, influencing stakeholders and interacting effectively with senior leaders based on a deep understanding of business prioritiesModeling trust, integrity and perseveranceMore about this roleWhat you need to know about this position: This is a highly visible role working across several levels of the organization driving inclusive sourcing for diverse suppliers that our representative of the communities we serve.Individual contributor role.What extra ingredients you will bring: This individual must be results driven, self-starter and able to manage multiple projects from end to end in the sourcing process including implementation to drive success in the EISD spaceEducation / Certifications: Bachelor's degree required.Work experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience.Travel requirements: 20% NA and to other regions.Work schedule: From Monday to Friday.
