Owning and integrating Global Sourcing Systems, Initiatives, and Advanced Analytics, the full-time remote Global Sourcing Analytics Leader will define and execute the sourcing vision, manage strategic initiatives, and enhance digital capabilities across the organization. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the global sourcing process, systems, and analytics strategy across the organization Lead enterprise sourcing transformation programs, ensuring simplification, standardization, and measurable business outcomes Define and execute the digital and GenAI roadmap for sourcing, driving user adoption and modernization of tools and workflows Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred 10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain transformation Proven success leading large-scale, global, cross-functional transformation programs Deep expertise in Source to Pay processes and digital platforms Demonstrated leadership in GenAI, digital enablement, and advanced analytics
