Jobtailor is seeking an senior leader to oversee the semiconductor backend manufacturing cycle, driving financial, strategic, and tactical execution. You will negotiate MSAs and SLAs with global OSATs and backend vendors, and own relationships with partners and suppliers.
You will manage OpEx/CapEx planning, headcount, and lead the ramp from NPI to high-volume production across packaging, assembly, and test operations. A proven background in P&L ownership and strategic sourcing is essential.
