For experienced recruiters considering independence, the choice can appear stark. Stay inside a firm and keep building someone else’s business or go alone and take responsibility for everything.

𝗭𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗼 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗲.

Our Partners build their own search practices within a global executive search business operating across the UK, US, Japan and Australia.

You choose your market, develop your clients and decide how you work.

Zensho provides the infrastructure around you: brand, technology, contracts, compliance, billing and marketing support, together with experienced Partners to collaborate and think with.

You can:

◾ Retain 70–90% of the revenue you generate

◾ Deliver permanent, contract, interim and fractional assignments

◾ Work within your specialist market or extend your reach internationally

◾ Remain independent or build a team around your practice

This isn’t salaried employment and it doesn’t come with a ready-made client list. It’s for established recruiters who know how to create commercial value and want greater ownership of what they build.

You may be ready to leave a firm. You may already be independent and want more capability around you. You may simply be considering what your next move could look like.

You don’t need to have made the decision to start the conversation.
