The ideal candidate will play a global role in designing, configuring, testing, and supporting Sap Sd solutions. This individual will act as a bridge between business and It teams, ensuring efficient, standardized, and compliant business processes while aligning with global best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead architecture, setup, configuration, testing, and support of Erp-related Sd (O2C) functionsTranslate business requirements into efficient Sap Sd solutions to optimize global business processesConfigure and maintain Sap Sd modules following change management protocolsDrive improvements by collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teamsCreate and maintain business process mapping to document and communicate improvementsTest integration points across Sap modules and external applicationsOrganize and support user acceptance testing for new processes and systemsProvide daily support and troubleshooting on Sd processes (Sales, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, Intercompany, Credit Management, Contracts, Rebates, Atp, Vat, Foreign Trade, etc.)Develop and mentor Sd power users across business unitsMonitor helpdesk queues, resolve issues, and liaise with external support when requiredSupport compliance, audit readiness, and reporting needsOccasional weekend support as requiredRequired Qualifications12+ years of Sap Sales & Logistics support and project leadership experienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related fieldSap Sd certification requiredStrong knowledge of O2C processes, including pricing schemas, condition techniques, IDocs, and Sd-Fi/Co integrationExperience with S/4 Hana preferredExposure to other Sap modules (Mm, Qm, Wm, Fi/Co, Co/Pa)Working knowledge of Abap basics, IDocs, user-exits, migration tools, and form technologiesExperience with Oracle Transport Management, Sales Tax Office, or Power Bi is a plusStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in global teamsPreferred SkillsLeadership experience as a project lead or team leadExperience in global, multi-country Sap implementations
