Global Product Litigation Counsel

Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Counsel in its Litigation group. The preferred location is Midland, MI, but Houston, TX will also be considered.

Your assignment will include litigation management for Dow and its affiliated companies, including asbestos personal injury and other product liability matters. You will independently provide legal counsel to clients, review and draft documents, manage external counsel, oversee discovery, set case strategy, and participate in key depositions,
