Owning the global framework and playbook for partner pipeline generation, the full-time Global Pipeline Generation Lead will design scalable tactics, orchestrate integrated plans, and analyze performance data to enhance the partner motion in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Develop and gain leadership approval for a documented playbook that establishes a repeatable model for pipeline sourcing and teaming Design and implement pipeline-generation activities and tactics tailored to different partner types, ensuring alignment with global sourcing targets Provide weekly feedback and reporting on pipeline activities, identifying progress, gaps, and risks to leadership Required qualifications Proven sales experience with a strong understanding of pipeline-generation frameworks Experience in translating strategy into executable plays and defining performance metrics Ability to design and propose new pipeline initiatives based on data analysis Familiarity with field strategy and collaboration across marketing and sales teams Track record of building and scaling pipeline-generation motions effectively
