Global People Operational Risk Manager

Owning and evolving the integrated risk management program, the full-time Global People Operational Risk Manager will manage risk workflows, ensure compliance, and drive process optimization, with the flexibility to work remotely. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day risk workflows, including risk identification, assessments, and remediation task coordination Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to investigate operational root causes and implement process improvements Support enterprise risk reporting and maintain risk frameworks and control test scripts for audit readiness Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in risk/compliance program management, including experience with IRM or GRC platforms Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory/compliance reporting requirements Lean Six Sigma certification, with a focus on process optimization in risk and compliance environments Experience with data analytics tools to monitor risk and control performance Proven track record in leading governance, risk, or process improvement programs with measurable impact
