To support global payroll initiatives, the full-time remote Global Payroll Specialist will lead the development and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing project deliverables. Key responsibilities Lead the development of solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management globally Develop and implement strategies to promote the adoption of Oracle HCM solutions across various regions Provide support during payroll processing cycles and assist in the preparation of annual employee statements Required qualifications 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules Proven experience in leading project implementations and managing the end-to-end SDLC process Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, particularly for the US, UK, and Canada Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and VBCS for report development and UI changes
