Global Payroll Specialist — Equity & Bonus Eligible

SiTime is seeking a senior Payroll Specialist in Santa Clara, CA, to manage accurate, timely payroll across the United States, EMEA and APAC. The role requires deep U.S. payroll expertise, global experience, and a process-driven mindset to scale payroll operations as the company grows.

You will own input collection, validation, reconciliation, reporting, and issue resolution, partnering with HR, Finance, Accounting, and external providers in a fast-paced tech environment.
