Global Payroll Manager

Managing global payroll operations, the full-time Global Payroll Manager will ensure accurate and compliant payroll delivery for employee populations in the US, India, and UK while collaborating with an offshore team and cross-functional stakeholders in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local statutory requirements Manage and develop an offshore payroll team, providing coaching and quality oversight Serve as the primary payroll systems owner, managing integrations between payroll platforms and other HR/finance systems Required qualifications Experience managing payroll operations across multiple countries, specifically in the US, India, and UK Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Celergo; Workday Payroll experience is a plus Strong understanding of payroll accounting principles and US payroll tax requirements Proven experience supporting financial statement audits and managing an offshore team Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships, particularly with PeopleOps and Benefits teams
