Global Payroll Manager — Biotech, Compliance & Growth

Scholar Rock in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll for all employees, ensuring accurate, on-time processing and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. This role requires hands-on management of tax, records, audits, and system administration.
