Global Payroll Director - Transformation & Readiness

Jobtailor is seeking a globally focused payroll leader to guide the transition of the Food Ingredients business into a standalone organization. The role oversees end-to-end payroll across many countries, ensuring legal, tax, and governance alignment and scalability.

You will drive Day 1 readiness for 45+ countries and ~5,700 employees, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, and deliver a compliant payroll operation through a period of significant change.
