Leading global payroll operations, the full-time salaried Global Payroll Director will oversee payroll processing across 18 countries, ensuring compliance and accuracy while enhancing employee experience in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end global payroll operations, ensuring timely and compliant payroll processing Develop and execute a long-term global payroll strategy focused on scalability and process excellence Lead and develop a high-performing global payroll team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement Required Qualifications 15+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience in multi-state US and international payroll environments Proven ability to lead globally dispersed teams through periods of significant growth and change Strong operational capabilities with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in a high-velocity environment Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation or equivalent global certification preferred
