International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Global Payroll for the Food Ingredients segment.

The role leads the global payroll transformation as the business moves to a standalone organization, delivering Day 1 readiness, 45+ country coverage, and a scalable, compliant payroll operation. The leader will own project milestones, ensure governance and controls, and partner with vendors, HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, and executives to achieve a steady-state payroll function for
