Global Payroll Director: End-to-End Leadership Across 30 Countries

Atoms is seeking a senior payroll leader to own global payroll end-to-end across 30 countries and multiple entities. You will own the Workday and ADP architecture, drive data aggregation and workflows, and transform international payroll infrastructure to scale with growth.

You will lead cross-geography teams, manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and shape a lean payroll organization.
