Serving as a trusted advisor across business functions, the full-time remote Navigator, Global will discover, validate, and prepare high-impact AI opportunities for rapid prototyping and implementation, acting as a critical bridge between operations and AI possibilities. Key responsibilities Build trusted relationships across Vantage business functions to identify and shape AI opportunities Conduct structured discovery sessions to map workflows, identify friction points, and uncover AI-enabled improvement opportunities Translate business challenges into preliminary AI use cases and assess feasibility based on various factors including data availability and organizational readiness Required qualifications Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in business transformation, product management, or related fields Practical understanding of AI capabilities and common enterprise applications Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured opportunity assessments Strong business and financial acumen to evaluate potential value and impact Experience working across organizational boundaries and engaging multiple stakeholder groups
