Key responsibilities Provide guidance on tax equalization policies and international tax obligations Administer tax equalization programs and manage relationships with external tax providers Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within tax operations Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in global mobility tax, expatriate tax, or international individual income tax Experience managing tax equalization programs and expatriate tax matters Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve inquiries High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
