RTX is seeking an experienced Cost Estimate Principal Specialist to join the Mobility Payroll & Tax Team. You will manage global mobility cost estimates, coordinate with HR, tax, legal, payroll and finance, and ensure accurate, timely delivery of estimates across assignments.
This remote role requires 5+ years in global mobility and tax cost estimates, strong data analysis and Excel skills, plus experience with the Equus platform. Minimal travel to Connecticut may be required.
