Global Mobility and People Relations Manager

Owning the global mobility and immigration programs, the remote full-time Global Mobility and People Relations Manager will ensure compliance and a positive experience for employees relocating or working across borders while providing HR guidance and managing selected HR programs. Key responsibilities Oversee expatriate and immigration programs, managing vendors and ensuring compliance with policies Guide employees and managers on HR practices and policies, addressing concerns and escalating as necessary Plan and deliver HR projects, maintaining documentation and driving change management for new processes Required qualifications Experience with global mobility, immigration, or relocation programs, or managing a mobility or immigration vendor 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a COE or HR generalist role with in-depth knowledge of HR principles Working knowledge of employment law and employee relations practices Strong project and program management skills, including stakeholder management and on-time delivery Comfort with HR and project software, such as UKG and collaboration tools
