Seeking a Global Mobility and Immigration Partner, the full-time remote role will manage global mobility and immigration programs, serve as a subject-matter expert, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance employee experiences across the organization. Key responsibilities Own and administer global mobility and immigration programs, policies, and processes Serve as the primary point of contact for immigration, international assignments, and relocations Identify opportunities to simplify and scale mobility processes through automation and AI Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or related HR operations roles Demonstrated expertise in managing immigration and mobility programs across multiple countries Strong understanding of immigration compliance and mobility policy administration Excellent judgment when handling confidential employee matters Willingness to learn about LOA and benefits programs
