Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Global Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated global marketing strategies across Chantecaille. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director - Color, this role is responsible for bringing new product innovations and brand initiatives to market through best-in-class 360° marketing programs that inspire consumers, support regional markets, and drive business growth.

The Global Marketing Manager - Color will serve as the global brand steward, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and regional markets to deliver compelling product launches, impactful retail experiences, and integrated campaigns across every consumer touchpoint. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical rigor, and flawless execution.

What You'll Do

You’ll own the global go-to-market strategy for new product launches and core business initiatives, ensuring every activation is aligned with brand positioning while meeting the commercial needs of markets worldwide. From concept through post-launch analysis, you will lead the entire marketing lifecycle, partnering with Product Development, Creative, Digital, Sales, Education, Trade Marketing, PR, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional teams to deliver successful launches across North America, EMEA, APAC, Latin America, and distributor markets.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop annual global marketing plans that support long-term brand growth and business objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social, PR, influencer, CRM, education, eCommerce, events, and in-store experiences.
  • Own global launch calendars and go-to-market strategies, ensuring cross-functional alignment and flawless execution across all regions.
  • Create global launch toolkits, campaign briefs, product messaging, merchandising guidelines, sales presentations, education materials, and marketing assets that enable regional teams to execute consistently while adapting to local market needs.
  • Partner with Product Development throughout the innovation process to define positioning, product architecture, pricing recommendations, consumer benefits, and launch strategies.
  • Collaborate with Creative teams to develop compelling storytelling and premium visual assets that elevate the brand across every touchpoint.
  • Work closely with regional marketing teams to understand market opportunities, competitive landscapes, and consumer insights, ensuring global strategies remain locally relevant.
  • Partner with Trade Marketing and Sales to develop retail activation programs, promotional strategies, merchandising initiatives, and retailer-specific marketing plans that drive sell‑through while maintaining brand equity.
  • Analyze business performance, consumer trends, competitive activity, and launch results to identify opportunities and optimize future strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and agency partners while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Present marketing strategies, launch plans, and business performance updates to senior leadership with confidence and clarity.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience within luxury beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, or premium consumer goods.
  • Proven experience managing global product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing, trade marketing, retail activation, and omnichannel consumer engagement.
  • Experience partnering with international markets and cross‑functional teams in a global organization.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales data, consumer insights, and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with the ability to develop executive‑level presentations and business cases.
