Managing end-to-end export operations, the full-time remote Global Logistics Analyst will ensure compliance with import/export regulations, handle hazardous shipments, and optimize transit and costs through collaboration with carriers and internal teams. Key responsibilities Prepare customs invoices and shipping labels for export orders while ensuring regulatory compliance Track shipments and maintain timely status updates for stakeholders, coordinating with freight forwarders and trade agents Run denied party and sanctions screening on exports, creating and resolving freight claims and disputes as necessary Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of experience in global logistics, international shipping, or supply chain operations Strong working knowledge of U.S. export regulations and customs documentation Experience handling hazardous materials and lithium battery shipments Proficiency with business tools such as Excel and order management systems
