Managing in-country quoting for international orders, the full-time Global Logistics Analyst will work remotely to secure accurate quotes, maintain relationships with partners and distributors, and ensure smooth order fulfillment across multiple countries. Key responsibilities Process incoming in-country quote requests and route them to appropriate partners or distributors Maintain strong working relationships with international partners and distributors while managing communication and resolving issues Track quote requests against turnaround targets and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and supporting trackers Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of experience in global logistics, international shipping, or supply chain operations Strong knowledge of U.S. export regulations, customs documentation, and international trade terms Experience handling hazardous materials and lithium battery shipments Familiarity with Salesforce and Cisco's CCW platform is a plus
