ShipMonk is seeking a Director of Inventory Quality Control to own inventory accuracy across our global fulfillment network. You will set strategy and standards for inbound to reconciliation, leading teams and processes that catch issues before merchants notice.
You’ll champion KPI-driven improvements, partner with operations, engineering, and product to embed quality controls, and drive analytics for real-time inventory health across centers.
