Global Intelligence Analyst

To support critical event management, the full-time remote Global Intelligence Analyst will utilize various source tools to identify and monitor global incidents, communicate urgent information to customers, and ensure high accuracy in reporting. Key responsibilities Utilize source tools to identify and monitor incidents and potential threats globally Communicate critical information effectively and provide updates as necessary Work with the Global Intelligence team to continuously update sources for optimal monitoring Required qualifications 2+ years of professional experience in analytical or problem-solving roles Strong judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize effectively General knowledge of current events and social media platforms Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
