Key responsibilities Orchestrates transitions for regional and global clients by managing multiple workstreams and ensuring successful Day 1 implementations Oversees the WPM/COET integration program, applying change management frameworks to track adoption metrics and manage organizational transformations Leads a team of 11+ direct reports, focusing on talent development, performance management, and fostering an inclusive team culture Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in complex, multi-service transitions and change management in a global professional services environment PMP and Prosci ADKAR certifications are required Proven ability to lead cross-regional teams and manage high-stakes client relationships Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com or MS Project Strong background in organizational design and talent development
