Global Incentive Programs Lead

Western Digital Corp. is seeking an experienced Global Incentive Program Manager to join our Total Rewards team.

This role leads the design, administration, and governance of short- and long-term incentive programs and employee recognition initiatives across the enterprise. You will partner with Finance and HRIS (Workday) to build dashboards, ensure data integrity, and drive program insights, while exploring AI tools to streamline processes and improve predictive analytics.
