Global Identity Governance Leader – Risk & Compliance

Cencora is seeking a Senior Director of Identity Governance to own the enterprise-wide strategy, operating model, and control standards aligning access with risk, audit, and regulatory obligations across a global healthcare enterprise.

This senior leader will collaborate across business, security, internal audit, and technology to reconcile governance with transformation priorities, including M&A, and will build a team of 8–10 professionals and consultants as the function matures.
