Whip Around is seeking an experienced HR leader to own HR infrastructure end to end—systems, payroll administration, policies and procedures, compliance, and the full employee lifecycle. This remote role reports to the CFO and aims to bring US/ NZ HR in-house and scale the operation for growth.
You will drive strategy, governance, and controls across a distributed team, managing payroll via Deel and partnering with Finance on reporting and data integrity.
